Firefighter In Training Program

Step 1.

Please read the documents below labeled Program Outline, Physical Assessment and Guide Book before completing application packet (required contents below).

Step 2.

Print and complete the FIT Application, Self Evaluation and Confidential Disclosure and the FIT Waiver.

Application packets are also available at the station Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM. 

Step 3.

Submit the application packet, a certificate of vehicle insurance and your driving record to Pierce County Fire District 8. 

All application packets must be submitted in person or via postal service.

FAXED APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
